Tell about yourself - your personality, lifestyle, etc.
Everytime I think I know myself, I always learn something new, so take any descripion I give as tentative :o) I am "kinda-sorta" a cool nerd. I love learning and I question pretty much everything. A lot of what I know comes from this. But I also control it all very well, so I don't annoy people TOO much. I am a pretty patient and empathetic man. I love people and learning about them and their experiences. I enjoy traveling, reading, art, films, talking about relevant and important topics and relaxing.

What kind of person are you interested in meeting?
I am interested in a person that is "down to earth", cares about health and fitness (but health can rank above fitness to me). I would like to meet someone that respects the unknown and appreciates encounters with it sometimes, as well. I would like to meet someone passionate about life and who cares about others and demstronstrates these things through actions...not just words. I guess that is enough for now, but this list is not exclusive, nor is it exhaustive, and I am always willing to meet wonderful people regardless :o)

What sort of relationship would you like at this point in your life.
I would like anything that feels right. So am open to friends, penpals, email pals, girfriends, or a wife...whichever feels right.

What type of work do you do? Do you enjoy it?
Profession-wise, I am completing a PhD in engineering within the next few months, actually. I still can't believe it myself. So, this means there is a good chance I'll either be a college professor or a researcher. But I am still open to alternatives, as well. Time will tell...

What do you enjoy doing for fun?
One of my favorite things by far is listening to great music...it has a magical effect on my, so I try to exploit that as much as possible. I also enjoy reading /learning, and watching interesting films and/or art.

Tell about where you grew up or where you are from.
I grew up in the Atlanta area, but my family is made of everything from African, Cherokee, Jewish, Eurepean and probably others as well :o)

Do you have pets? Tell about them.
No, but I love pets...especially dogs.

What would you say is your best virtue?
Empathy...maybe, or at least that is what some of my friends say.

What was the most daring / wild thing you have ever done?
Obviously this is only for close people to know...just because you eat a lot of veggetables doesn't get you in on these stories :o)

If you were on a deserted island, and you could choose 3 items to take, what would they be?
I would take my favorite CD (and player of course), a pen, and sheets (for clothes and sleeping). If people are allowed, mi familia tambien instead of the pen!

How is your physical shape? What do you do to keep in shape?
My phyisical shape is pretty good, I think. I was an athlete in football, basketball, baseball, and track. I also played tennis and soccer. This history put me in conditioning for excersise. I exercise regularly, about 4/5 times per week, actually. This includes 30-60 minutes of workout and 2 mile (approx) jog to warm down. I feel so great from exersizing, so this why I do it!! I don't do it to look muscular or anything like that, but its an added bonus, sometimes, I guess :o)
